Charles Radtke serves as a research analyst at Mercator and is responsible for Canada, South Africa, and selected European countries. Prior to joining Mercator in 2007, he was with INVESCO Global Asset Management in Atlanta from 2000 to 2007, most recently serving as a partner and portfolio manager helping manage $18 billion of equities. From 1994 to 2000, Charlie had been with Templeton Worldwide, where he was a Vice President, portfolio manager and analyst, responsible for non-US equity portfolios and research on European and Asian companies. Charlie earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a BS degree from Marquette University. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of South Florida.
